Carolina Yacht Landing wants to provide its residents with strong sense of community. To encourage those feelings, we offer an array of amenities to kindle community interaction. The boat docks are a great way for friends to experience the waterway and ocean together. Two conveniently located pools give every resident the opportunity to relax and swim without the feeling of being over crowded. Recently, a new community center was added as a multi-purpose area. It allows buddies to get together and watch a football game, and allows a great place to throw a birthday party, especially since it is attached to one of the swimming pools.
